The filling is 80% shredded memory foam for responsive and sturdy comfort, and 20% polyester fiber to prevent too much shuffling and clumping of material. The cover is 35% bamboo and 65% polyester. This combination keeps you cool and comfortable throughout the night while also allowing for proper airflow through the pillow.
